Staff the board before the phones light up

This is an intake aid, not a weather forecast. Mira can book against real capacity when seasonal demand is written into the dispatch rules.

Demand bands to capture on the call

Shoulder season. Maintenance and IAQ can fill standard windows. Keep after-hours coverage light but on-call.
Heat wave / freeze. Same-day holds go first. Mira should quote the trip, capture system type, and stop taking work the board cannot staff.
Storm / outage recovery. Capacitor and contactor jobs spike when power returns. Attach photos so the second tech does not start from zero.
